Arranging Your Visit

We would strongly suggest that all appointments are booked in advance to avoid disappointment.

Check In

Please arrive at the spa 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment.

For Your Health and Safety

Consultation with your Doctor may be necessary prior to your visit to establish suitability for certain treatments. We would strictly advise clients, who may be pregnant, suffer from high/low blood pressure, allergies, heart conditions or diabetes to inform their dedicated therapists prior to commencement of any treatment.

What to Wear

Gown and footwear will be provided upon arrival. Disposable underwear will be provided for body treatments. We recommend that no jewelry be worn at the Spa. Our management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables brought to or left at the Spa.

Gift Card

Treat your loved one or friend to a gift card, which may be redeemed against any spa treatment or retail product. Gift cards are non refundable and must be presented at time of treatment. They are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

Disconnect the Outside World

To ensure full relaxation and benefit for all our clients, cell phones are strictly prohibited at Tanaz Spa.

Cancellation Policy

At Tanaz Hair Boutique & Day Spa your appointments are very important to us. We will be enforcing a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all no shows and last minute cancellations. If you know you will be unable to make it to your appointment we encourage you to cancel as soon as possible. This will allow us time to fill your appointment and the ability to accommodate those on our waiting list. If last minute cancellations or no shows become a habit you will be required to prepay or provide a credit card in order to make an appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no show your card will be charged for the full service price.

Children's Policy

Children are not allowed into any area of the spa.

No pets please.

Unfortunately gratuity for services is unable to be added to credit cards. We are happy to accept checks or cash for gratuity and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
